The plungers

The plungers consist of a stainless stem which enters the bottle. The stopper ensures the sealing thanks to three wings. The stopper is also adjustable in height on the stainless tube. That makes it possible to adapt to all the kinds of bottles and avoids the installation of a plastic tube in the bottle.

The nitrogen arrival is equipped with a connector which also acts as valve facilitating the replacement of the wine bottle, and avoids the gas leakages during this operation.

The same type of connector is on the network distributing the wine, always with an aim of facilitating the replacement of the wine bottle.

The taps

The taps are entirely dismountable to ensure a better maintenance and a perfect hygiene.

The thermostat

Electronic thermostat with visualization of the temperature by type of posting with LED.

The measurement bracket is -55 to 99°c (option -67 to 99°F).

It manages the cycles of de-icing per stopping of the compressor.

It is also possible to program the value of the parameters: Not instruction and hysteresis, interval and duration of the de-icings, alarm high and low, calibration, etc...
